I have recently upgraded my cart from 1.4.9. to 2. I'm having issues with some of the new options. In the admin ADD product>Links>"related Products" there used to be a very nice dropdown/sort by category that would then populate all the products (see ex A) same in the COUPON section (ex B). This is great when you have lots of products and can't possibly memorize them all. NOW all I have in the new cart is an auto fill where you need to REMEMBER all your products and type exactly what your looking for. Is there a way to configure this or an extension that would give me what I need? HELP! Desperate!

Thanks for the quick replies. Since there is no demo( I didn't see one) on either extension I want to be sure that it will work in a similar organized way. SO instead of having a limit of five, it now has all my options in a random order ( as the 5 limit does) Can you shed some further light about how these actually work/look?

there is not much light to shed on this, it just removes the Admin Autocomplete Limit of 5 Items,
regardless of, wich one of the two free Mods, available for this, you'll decide on using.

I can't keep up with you. How do you know about the latest extensions all the time so quickly???Which one do you think is better between the two?
I'm guessing 25703 is configurable while 21393 goes straight to the point...

Also found this extension, now that I know what to search for. This seems to have the sort boxes that I had in 1.4 but can't see the pictures very well and no demo. Anyone care to weigh in?

Very hard to see the picture.. Let us know what the developer reply to you because I use to like the old way as well...

And as a consequence of this, Google has a big bag full of Money, and I (at least!) have a big bag full of Links and Data, either in my Brain, or then on some of my Disks. Keeps me from using the web all the time, and most stuff disappeares again, after a while. So, it makes sense, to make sure, not to loose possibly valuable knowledge, especially for a fellow, unsuccessfully trying to understand Coding since the mid 19-Seventies already.Burt65 wrote:

Hi All, I did here back from the developer on that I provide below. and it works like the old cart! He did not have it installed for the COUPONS so I asked if it could be done as well. But it does work for the related products and category choice when loading product. He also put up a demo
