Contact Us Issue on Site

When people are filling our Contact us form in and clicking on submit they are getting a blank page after and the form does not get sent through to us.

This seems to be random but I have had quite a few times myself using different browsers and also Ipad / Iphone and Android phone.

I was wondering if people would be able to go to my site www.h-and-s-computers.co.uk and fill out the contact us form and let me know if it works for them or not.

Also if anyone has any ideas what might be causing this as I have no idea.
