Images disappearing after product edit.

Hello,
Please i need your help.
I am using open cart 2.0.
I uploaded products using an upload tool. It was successfully uploaded.
I exported added products i re uploaded. it was successful.
But i found out that some products are appearing in 2. Same model number & products id.
Secondly when i edit a product and save it the image that is connected to the product doesn't show anymore. The image is still in the image folder of opencart even if i reload the product its still not showing.
Please do you know how i can fix the challenge?
