Having a serious issue with the extension Installer and modifications module. I can't seem to access them at all. I have the VQMod for OC 2.5.1 and every since I used that I get this error message (look at picture) and I can't access them at all. Any help with this?

(SOLVED) All fixed. Had to re-install these files again from the open cart install package manually then enable permissions in the User groups section. All is working again. YAY!!!!
