Installing Export/import tool

I tried installing an Export/Import tool but got this error

"SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
OK

how do i fix this?

No Site URL, No OC Version Number, no information on the Tool, used..., just nothing, really!

The Opencart Version is 2.0.1.1
I used the extension installer in Opencart
the URL is www.floxells.com

While the file was uploading this error message came up

I will be glad if i can fix it. I have used your previous version & i wonder what working without this tool on this OCversion will wreck me.

When searching, at google, I find several results, on the same problem, as a matter of fact, the second link, opened, will probably tell you, what you have been doing wrong. Sure, nobody expexts you to read trough 50K of pages, to find a problem. But nobody cares, to endless repeat the same matters either, just because, it's so easy to come here, and expect, super-fast, first Aid, because one is new, at some place!

Please i have a challenge. I use opencart 2.0.xx
I exported a file and used its format to input all my information.
On reimporting i got the following error:

hi,
i am on OC2020 (upgraded from OC1564),
have same issue,
after trying install "import\export extension" i get this error in pop up message and also in log: this fix i had installed through the extension installer and then refresh cache:

i put the wrong password in the SETTINGS--->FTP> FTP USER PASSWORD
