How can I change the marked in to SWE?

You have to ADD
$_['button_cart'] = 'Add to Cart'; - in SWEDISH LANGUAGE !!
to your
language/swedish/swedish.php (or however this 'swedish' will be written!)
file, of it does not already exist.
Make sure, you use no MOD, having this VALUE declared in the Mod itself, one never knows...
Seek/search, in your language Direcrtory, where, in wich file, the OTHER Phrase, you want to change, is located.
Possibly, you have to create (copy/paste/rewrite/save!) a file, with the same name/title, as the englich file
is named, and translate the full englisch Language TEXT Content, (but not the $variables themselfs!!), into
your swedish language. Then, place it in the similarly NAMED Sub-Directory, as the english file exists, if, by
any chance, such a SubDirectory, in your swedisch language Directory, would not exist. Reason: NOT all
Code Contributors write multiple language files...

PS: Make SURE, to use a decent TEXT EDITOR, like NOTEPAD++, only, for such WORK!
and Set the PageCode to UTF-8 without BOM, before saving such files.

Your Newsletter Module is not a Default Mod, I cannot find such a 'phrase'
..sign up for Our Newsletter.. , exactly written this way,
anywhere in the OC v2.0.3.x Package. Therefore, it is Part of a Modification,
using it's own Language Translation, either placed in a VqMod / OcMod, or then,
in 1 or more different file(s), placed in a language section, and then uploaded, as part of the
Newsletter Mod-Package. So, you need to check your Mod, used for this Module, for it's Content.
