how to install xml file in opencart

some changes in admin pages need to applied, so how to install vqmod/xml file. to applied changes in admin panel.

then you need to write the mod in the correct .xml format and upload it to the vqmod/xml folder

I still can’t remove add to whish list. I added remove whish list file in vqmod/xml but add to whish list is still there. I have problem in the final step of checkout too. Shipping cost is not included in the final price. There is no shipping cost in final step..

So it worked but when you add the coupon code to a special priced product it still says "Success: Your coupon discount has been applied! "

How do I fix that? Also my XML VQMOD is not working so just send the code.
in case you were wondering how i fixed it I went to file ../total/coupon.php I just added the lines of code
by hand from viewing the XML file. Thank you
