Handling Fee Not Displaying

Hi Guys

I've tried everything but I guess I'm missing a step.

Navigation: Extensions >> Order Totals >> Handling Fee
- Order Total (I can only assume its the minimum order total before HF kicks in) 10.00
- Fee: 15.00
- Tax Class: Taxable Goods
- enabled
- sort order 3
Save

Doesn't show on the cart pages. Can someone advise where I went wrong? I'm using:

Don't think it will show on the cart pages unless your customer uses the Estimate Shipping & Taxes feature. If they don't then they would see it on the checkout pages when they are going through checkout.

Sorry, perhaps I wasn't clear enough :-)

The handling fee doesn't show during checkout process. Nor does it show on cart pages, but at this point I'm okay with that.

I just need it to show on the checkout pages so the customer knows they have to pay it, and, it actually gets added to their total, preferably before the TAX so the handling fee is taxed as well.

Yes. Go to Extensions -->> Order Totals -->> Handling Fee. It can be confusing but the Order Total field basically says that if the order is $1,000 (or whatever value you put in) or less, then apply $x.xx handling fee. Make sure you set your tax class(es) as well.
