Add or subtract VAT according to customer - business or private

Hello. I use PDF invoice pro extension to generate invoices to my customers. I need some option to separate business clients from private - as in EU business clients don't pay VAT, but private clients do. Is there a extension or code I could use to send invoice with VAT to private clients and without VAT if client has entered VAT number with their order?

Seems it's very simple in OC 2.x.x... Create new customer group for business, default rename to private. In the system/settings/options enable new customer group. Create new tax rate for example VAT 0% in the tax rate field enter 0.0000001 because 0 not allowed. Before you create geozone where you need to sell without VAT.
When customer register to the business customer group he will see all prices without VAT and will buy also without...
