Sales promotion extension not working

I have uploaded Sales promotion from opcrat to my site monovans.com
their extension at http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=4927
It seems to be all there on my site and I've done all I think is required to make it work but it doesn't make the changes on the site
Support from the developer is non existent however for those it is working for.... it reported to be a great Ext.
Any suggestions on how I can test whats wrong and or fix the connection issue

my site is monovans.com and I'm on OC 20.20

It would be very difficult, for an enhanced Extension, like the one you mention,
to just function in your Shop, since you use a highly enhanced CUSTOM THEME.

Therefore, the possibly only solution would be, to engage a Pro, familiar with this Theme.
Otherways, you have no chance, to get that Stuff working, I bet...

I fully understand, if/that the Code Contributor CANNOT know, what Buyer's Problems may be,
because he/she created the Mod for the default Theme, in the first place, and one cannot
expect individual assistance, when it comes to CUSTOM THEMES like Yours, otherways, a
Coder would have to BUY thousand's of Themes, and other Extensions, just, to make sure !
