Setting up USPS shipping?

Hi:

im using OC 2.3

Is there an tutorial on setting up USPS shipping option and how to set up products accordingly.?
I have a webtools account with password.

Ive tried sereval options when setting up a specific product.
But cant seem to make all the USPS options ive selected show up at check out.
Usually just 1 or 2 show....."priority 2nd day and first class letter....Im wanting parcel and fist class parcel to show.


Any help is appreciated.
