Flat Rate Shipping Rate Plus VAT - Show only shipping rate excluding VAT, but show in Total Cost Calculation

Is this possible with the default OpenCart Flat Rate shipping module?

Show flat rate shipping without the tax under STEP 4: DELIVERY METHOD
But show shipping rate + vat under STEP 6: CONFIRM ORDER

For example:
Shipping Costs 10
VAT 2.3
Total Shipping Cost + VAT = 12.3

I want to show 10 in Step 4 but show 12.3 on Step 6.

Can we do that? If so, I would be glad to buy your service to do this.

You can't do that in a default OpenCart installation, due to how it works. However, I have a Display Order Totals With Tax extension that would let you display it this way. You'd set the setting in OpenCart to NOT show prices with tax (in System > Settings > Option) and then choose to show tax for the "Shipping" line item in my extension.

However, note that taxes are *always* part of the "Taxes" line item, so it would end up showing both places. If you don't want that, you can disable the "Taxes" line item, and my extension should still calculate the total correctly.
