USPS First Class Mail Package International Service Not Available

Hi everyone,

I've enabled OpenCart 2.3.0.2 USPS extension and for international buyers there's no option for First Class Mail at checkout.
How can I provide it to customers? I've already checked the boxes for first class mail international envelope etc. within
the extension but it will not show up at checkout.
