PayPal Payments Standard v. 2.2. - enabled, but not showing while checkout

Hello,
I enabled PayPal Payments Standard, configured according to Paypal instructions (https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/arti ... art-ts1809) - but while checkout - IT IS NOT SHOWING IN THE PAYMENTS LIST.
My only currency is EUR, and also Paypal account currency is EUR.
Site is https (has SSL).
The most weird thing, is that having the same settings in my other shops - Paypal is working there ok.
Any ideas?
