Opencart and LatiPay - Permission Denied

I have added the payment module for LatiPay (a payment gateway for Chinese customers), added the API, key etc and enabled... but when I hit save it pulls a page saying Permission Denied - see System Admin.

Is there something I need to do at the OpenCart end of things?

Contact the extension developer from where you originally downloaded the extension. Normally, instructions inside the downloaded package should be provided for this. Ensure to have activated the page and access permission from your admin - > systems - > users - > user groups page. If this still does not resolve the issue, contact the extension developer.
