Pay by Invoice error in 2.3.0.2

Hello all, I installed pay by invoice on my online store but get this error at the payment method screen. I have been sending the module developer emails but he is not answering. Please all help would be greatly appreciated

Caused by an installed VQMod extension. Disable each XML files until this error vanishes if you do not know in particular which extension is causing this issue.
