New Version 3.0.1.2 - Payments 48 apps found error

Hello,
After new installation opencart version 3.0.1.2 under extensions>extensions>Payments found 48 app while click to check "found internal server error"

Can any one assist.

What do the most recent access logs provide regarding the internal server error messages from your webserver?
