Paypal Express Currency not supported for OC version 2.3.0.2

I have just set up Paypal Express payment for my website but the currency I am using (BOB) is not supported thus when a customer wants to pay it say that currency is not supported. I know there is a workaround by doing some modification to the code but I need to know what type of modification needs to be done. I am currently using the OC version 2.3.0.2
