Currency conversion issue

I installed Pakistani currency extension to receive payment in Pakistani local bank, if someone like to pay through Debt/Credit card. I am also using Paypal and Payza.
My site's http://www.onlyfo.com default currency is USD. During checkout if some one select to pay through Easypay (Pakistani Currency extension) currency should be converted into Pakistani rupees. Due to default currency Easypay receive Rs. 8 instead of Rs.838. I hope it make sense....
Can some one guide me which page and code should I edit so when any one select payment method Easypay total convert into Pakistani Currency because Easypay only accept Pakistani currency.
