Open Cart 2.3.0.2

Hi,
I have the following problem when a customer clicks login the account page comes up without the fields to enter the details same for sign up. I attached a print screen to see what is showing. There are no errors that indicated where the problem is coming from.

Check with Default theme to see if work (if that theme from image is a custom theme).
