Working to do an upload of file size 12568kb, excel port. No complicated mix of options or related products.
Product id and categories are used for existing products. Both are blank on new products.
I have it saved as .xlsx
I am only trying to import the product sheet and I receive the following error "File is too large or the wrong file type"
Default settings for import. No mention of max file size for the software and I seem to recall it was supposed to be the advantage of this software to handle a large file size upload.
Any tips?
Max rows of the software is 800 rows. It is supposed to chunk paste larger spreadsheets.
So I had to breakdown the larger file in no more than 800 rows each and it uploads correctly.
Not very good for such expensive software... J Neuhoffs was way easier to use, just didn't handle such large imports either.
