Issues with Reward Points Extension

Hi there,

I purchased and installed this rewards points extension which promised amazing things and delivered none - https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... n_id=30860

I'm not getting any response from the developer so I want to remove it and revert to the default OC module but it won't let me disable it and when uninstalled it seems to continue to have strange effects.

Is it as simple as going into cPanel and removing the files I installed in the first place to completely get rid of it?

Would really appreciate any help!

You may need to clear caches. ocmod and vqmod cache.

Could you please tell me how I do that?
