Import/export Tool - problem with upload product

Hello
i'm using the 2.3.0.2 version of Opencart with the import/export tool, and when i try to upload products i got the following problem report:

2017-11-08 14:35:58 - Export/Import: Missing option_names in worksheet 'ProductOptions'!
2017-11-08 14:35:58 - Export/Import: Missing option_names in worksheet 'ProductOptionValues'!
2017-11-08 14:35:58 - Export/Import: Missing attribute_group_names in worksheet 'ProductAttributes'!

the problem is that i don't want to fill that options (because i don't have the values) , and i don't know which are the deafult values

Please share which extension which you are using? Or use below-paid extension which helps you to add, edit and migrate data and free support also available
