registration email

please help me Hello I am on opencart 2.1.0.1, I have a custom template, I am looking for a module that when registering new customers, it would automatically send them a license number with their username for example but Do not find, can you help me thanks

I would like for example a module that sends a message right after the store registration style:
"Your license number is CHP-" and behind the username of the person who just signed up, is what you can help me, thanks

You mean confirmation email will be sent to the registered email and user need activate his/her account by click the link provided in the email ?

No I just want the automatic email to send a username starting with CHP- followed by the name of the new client that just registered
I know it exists, and I would like that, an automatic email for every new client
