Looking for ab extension or module- Price based on size / options

Hi i am new to pen cart. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I sell custom rugs, I have a price grid provide by the manufacture. I am looking for something that will allow me to upload this grid to use as a database?

For instance:

Ideally they wouldn't see this chart. So If a customer selected 32" x 45" it would pull $295.00 as the price as this was "up to" 36" x48"

Beyond this there wold be additional options such as banding or stain protection that again would use a grid (possibly by width only)
