Product Image (no pop up / out) scroll option

Hello,

Im looking for a module that will disable to the pop up / out image on all product pages but i would like to replace it with a left / right arrow scroll for second, third images etc:

this one fits the bill, but sadly it dont work for me (2.3.0.3_rc)

Yup you can use the .tpl file from the download but use this xml file attached instead of the one in the download

Thankyou, thats helps but the second image being displayed is very small. could the popup / pop out be disabled?

If you read the installation file in the download you will see that you have to alter the additional image size to the same as the product image

EDIT: have you also added the product2.tpl file into the correct directory ?
If so then it should work ok unless you have some other mod that is overwriting the controller file

Thank you, after my message i did see that, what i found was with it being a new product2.tpl some extensions pointing towards product.tpl no longer worked, like live price update, remove the (+£xx.xx) price, extra description tab and scroll to review.

so i think i'm going to have to live with it, as i think the latter mods give a better customer experience than the images scroll.

No problems, happy to help.
The extension does work well but as it uses a seperate product file its not compatible with other oc extensions.....
