Option Price separate to Product Price?

I'm looking for a MOD that will show a product price and then list any selected option prices underneath - rather than include in the product price. I can't find anything. Anyone know of one?

I can create such an extension to show product option price and product price both and while add to cart it will add them and will go to cart. Please contact me for any other information.
