Wanted to give a heads up on our upcoming release of Visual Designer 3.0

1. We listened to you and now Visual Designer lives in its own cells, yet we replace the description with the code. we also allow you to select an option - keep your old description in the database or update it on every Visual Designer edit. This is a good feature since it allows you to keep an old description for those third-party modules that decided for some reason to use description in other places.

2. We moved completely to riot.js which gave us more flaxibility and speed. Also now you can manage several Visual Designer instances on one page. That is cool.

3. We are redesigning the back end to make it more intuitive and to be used as a overview of the content, and not like the frontend editor. This gives the backend editor a new more structured look.

4. Since Visual designer is extensible, we already have several extensions adding support for it like Ajax Filter, Blog module and more.

5. We are looking for theme developers to offer our Visual Designer module extension with developers license. You will get the opportunity to implement our Visual Designer in your themes from ground up and sell the theme.
