Opencart 2.0.3.1 Extention Installer Problem

I am going to try to make this as clear as possible.
I am having problems using the Extension installer to install extensions. I noticed in the error that I get, it makes a reference to vqmod quite a few times, so i believe that is where the problem is originating from. Lots of errors, but i managed to capture where the extension installer freezes, and the error that pops up after. If someone could give me an idea what to do, I am sure i can carry out the task. I have tried to reinstall vqmod with extension installer but it just freezes and gives me the same error. I am web tech savvy and just need to know what it is i need to fix.

Note:
- Extensions Im installing (any) all end in ocmod.zip
- Specific Extention: facebookpageplugin.ocmod.zip
- Opencart Version: 2.0.3.1
- Webhost: I-Page

Where the installer Freezes:


The Error That Appears:

I have since erased the whole 2.0.3.1 website, installed 2.1.0.2 and im still getting the same error.

Have you entered you ftp detail in the system / settings / ftp tab?

Use iSenseLab's Extension Installer fix which bypasses the usage of FTP during an extension install.
