I'm going to try to explain what I'm looking for as simply as I can. :)

What we are looking for is a module to give different discounts based upon user group.

Ultimately, it would look like this:

Customer Group A -
15% off Manufacturer X
10% off Manufacturer Y
10% off Manufacturer Z

Customer Group B -
10% off Manufacturer X
15% off Manufacturer Y
5% off Manufacturer Z

And so on.

Is there such a beast? We have thought about multiple coupons per customer group, but that becomes quite laborious with the shear number of manufacturers that we carry as well as the possible number of customer groups we'll have.

Was wondering if anyone has come up with something or knows a way to get this done.

Thank you for your time!

Category & Product-Based Fee/Discount can do this. You'd set it up like this:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
CHARGE #1
Title: Manufacturer X Discount
Group: A
Charge Type: Total
Charge Field: -15%
Rule: Customer Group is Customer Group A
Rule: Manufacturer is Manufacturer X

CHARGE #2
Title: Manufacturer Y Discount
Group: A
Charge Type: Total
Charge Field: -10%
Rule: Customer Group is Customer Group A
Rule: Manufacturer is Manufacturer Y

CHARGE #3
Title: Manufacturer Z Discount
Group: A
Charge Type: Total
Charge Field: -10%
Rule: Customer Group is Customer Group A
Rule: Manufacturer is Manufacturer Z

ETC.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at www.getclearthinking.com/contact if you have any further questions.

Sorry about the delay in responding.

So, if I'm understanding this correctly, rather than looking at it the way I was, which was Group based, I look at it from the manufacturer end? Meaning, instead of saying:

Group A
Manu 1
Manu 2
Manu 3, etc

It would be

Manu 1
Group A
Group B
Group C, etc

Seems like the same concept, just a different focus for the grouping. Am I reading the correctly?

Thanks!
