Hi
I have been using wordpress eCommerce plugin to run my store. Now I am moving to opencart. However, I want to migrate the customers to the new platform, and since I can't know their passwords I want to import the customers and assign no password, so when a customer first login the system will ask him to set a new password. Is there a way to do so?
O is there a better way to move the customers from the old system to the new system?

opencart version 2.1.0.2

Yes, you can move your customers from one database to another and then assign random passwords using simple PHP script. If you know some coding and MySQL, this won't be too hard for you to implement.
