Problem with displaying of Accounts pages

I recently had a mod installed which messed up certain elements of my site and has since been removed. I was able to restore most of it from a backup. But, the Accounts pages are not displaying as they should. I tried to upload new php and tpl pages but, nothing changed. I need to restore the page to its correct format where the 'text_new_customer' is not showing to the customer but, the actual language 'Log In' and 'New Customer'.

This is my first time with a problem like this and I am probably not using the correct terms. So, a copy of the incorrect log in page is attached. All of the pages in the Accounts folder ( My Account, Order History, Wish List, Newsletter) are displaying like this. The page name showing in the browser is 'heading_title' when it should be 'https://www....com/index.php?route=account/login' Log in.

What can I do to correct this? Thanks in advance for a reply.
