Hi,

I am running Version 2.3.0.2 of open cart and have the Royal Mail shipping extension enabled and working perfectly.
We offer international standard plus some tracked options.
We have no end of issues with orders to India going missing when using international standard and would like to prevent that being an option when the delivery address is India.
I can seem to work my head around how to do it.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advanced

I believe the Royal Mail extension supports geo zones, so if that's the case, you'd need to create a geo zone for all countries you ship to EXCEPT India. That way it would not come up as a shipping option when people check out.

If Royal Mail doesn't have geo zones, or it's too much work to create a geo zone for all countries except India, you could also do it using Restrict Shipping Methods. That would let you limit when the shipping method appears, by using a rule like this:

Rule: Country is not India

Feel free to take a look at the screenshots and demo site, and if you're interested let me know at www.getclearthinking.com/contact if you have any further questions.
