How to give rating to extensions?

How do you give rating on an extension on the Marketplace?
I have tried several times to figure this out, I've found nothing on this forum, nothing with Google, and Stackexchange closed my question about it :(

There's a new area in your account panel when you sign in to opencart.com. It's called "Rate Your Purchases".

Ah but you can't rate the free extensions you download seem unfair as giving them away for free.

This is an old post but let me correct. Yes you can. Under Account go to Account > Purchases > Rate your Downloads. You can rate your previous downloads even if they' re free.
