I just installed OC 2.1.0.2 and as I'm entering all the info under settings all was fine until I started to set my logo and I keep getting this error:
Invalid token session. Please login again.
The dialog box to log in again pops up and I login again and try to go the image manager again and the image manager doesn't load properly. Most likely because of the token.
See Attached.
Anybody have any idea what I can do to fix this?

v2.1.0.2 is quite an old version. I would suggest to upgrade at least to the latest version of v2.x releases to fix most of the API issues that were encountered in the past.

I would but my hosting company doesn't have that version for installation and I want to use them because they have backups available for their installed software.. You can only install OC from 2.1.0.2 and below to 3.0.2.0. I tried the latest version but I get more errors than I can handle. It more than I want to deal with. I had previously manually installed OC 2.3.0.2 but it crapped out on me and I lost the database which I could not recover and had to start all over. So here I am again.

Jumping back to an older version of Opencart won't solve the issue with most API problems that were encountered in the past however. Recent versions do include several bug fixes. If more recent versions of Opencart are causing error messages on your end, perhaps you should report those errors in order to help you and others to resolve the issue.

Okay, so I took your advise and removed what I previously installed and installed the latest version my hosting company is offering which is OC 3.0.2.0.
So far so good except for this...
I install it as a fresh copy and this is what I see when I log into the admin area.

How do I resolve the admin navigation menu?

Disable all your extensions on your browser. Then, clear all cache from your browser. Also try from other browsers noticing if the same issue can be reproduced. Also ensure to follow the install.txt file from the Opencart ZIP file (v.3.0.2.0) for proper folder permissions.

Yep, it's freaking Google Chrome for some reason doesn't display the menu properly.
I tried it on MS Edge and looks fine.
Thanks.
