Categories as options?

Guys, im working on a site that has so many products/options its unreal, i have come up with the following : http://iyouprint.co.uk/index.php?route= ... ath=72_114 where initial shared options are as categories, rather than options due to the way data is setup in the spreadsheet i have for 30,000+ products.

Is it possible to have all of this on 1 page for each product? For example :

Square and Mini Business Cards
450GSM SILK
1 WORKING DAY
DOUBLE SIDED
MINI 85MM X 25MM

All on the same page, and as you click each one, perhaps one hides and shows next option? Or as each gets selected, that option is saved?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
