I have Opencart 2.3.0.2 and I am fooling around with tweaking the default theme.
I am attaching a screenshot. You can see from the picture that the text below the product image
is running together. I couldn't figure out how to fix that, so I was just going to remove it.
I found a page that said remove
<?php if ($description) { ?>
<div class="col-sm-10"><?php echo $description; ?></div>
<?php } ?>
from the category.tpl. I did that but it removed the main
description beside the main category image. I uploaded the orginal file but the
text still did not come back. Any ideas on how to make it come back and how do
get the text to not run together?

well, a nice Image , but other than that, ALWAYS RESET your OcMod and VqMod Cache,
after doing any Changes, then, you will see, what you have done to the poor Software !

The vqmod cache clear helped!

The image below shows the short description of products,
but the wording runs together. Any thoughts?

Good for you! BTW, I replied to your mails, but for some unknown to me reason,
they obviously never arrived...
But as I mentioned before, I don't do ANY work, outside of this place here, and
I don't have any V-2 versions in operation, so, it's not possible to assist much,
when it comes to such. Sorry! But there are others around here, frequently also
assisting for free, so, just get a hold of one of those, one, not hiding his identity !
