Header template not updating

This is my site ATM : Theautoall.com
This code is inside the header template for my theme:

For whatever reason the link in the header is not updating when I change the text and link. Does anyone know why? I cleared my vqmod and browser cache. Thanks in advance!

and how about clearing out the OcMod Cache too ?

Where is the OCMod cache located?

figured it out, for whatever reason I had to edit my template from here :

system/storage/modification/catalog/view/theme/zMaxcart/template/common/header.tpl

instead of the original template location catalog/view/theme/mythemename/templatename.tpl

why is this?

well, if you modify a file, placed in the Modification Section, it's like editing a file
in the VqCache Section, as soon as you click the CLEAR Function in Admin
Modification, it will be gone for good. I advise you, to better get familiar with this
OcMod Thing, so, check Google for "HOW DOES OCMOD WORK", to find out.
