unable to show checkout options after login

unable to show checkout options after login
version :Version 2.0.1.1

unable to show checkout options when finishing order for logged in and already registered users / returning customers,
i made some changes in
catalog/theme/template/checkout/register

but i restored it to its original setting still unable to solve the issue
any type of help would be highly appreciaated
