How to install a theme?

Hello,

I've searched everywhere and everything insists that I should just move the theme folder in catalog-viev-theme

There is the default theme and the new one but if I want to put it on @ Settings, then it doesn't appear. What am I doing wrong?

Maybe your theme is not compatible with the latest version of OpenCart. You should contact the theme developer to take a look at it.
