Problem with tablet view

oc version 2.0.3.1 default theme modified only by css
Have been building my site for a while and checking it along the way using chrome developer tools and toggling different devices to make sure all is good.
All seems fine on the laptop when toggling all devices BUT when i view my site on a Ipad the top dropdown menu appears behind all other layers so making it hard to read and impossible to use.

Anyone else having this problem ?
Or anyone know of a fix

current site is not live at the moment due to still getting it how we want but thanks in advance

This is a complete fresh install of 2.0.3.1 and its still the same in tablet view

Nobody else having this problem, or even checked on an ipad to see if their site actually works with default top dropdown menu

Bit of an update on this, the Ipad i was trying on was a 1st generation one and the dropdown is behind other things on screen.
Have since tested on a 4th generation Ipad and it works fine

It seems that the 1st generation of Ipad has bug for your problem.

Yeah looks like it, just hope i have the last 1st generation ipad and all other potential customers have newer ones
