Wamp Login Problem due to usage of wrong admin password

On my locally hosted wamp server. I used wrong password more than five times and clicked forgot password while offline. Since then I could not login into other existing accounts but I still have access to the root folder. Please, how do I go about solving this proble

As you have written, you have the store locally.
Why not opening the database and change the password (btw. which can be done also on a live server)?
