Just Purchased - Popup

I'm looking for an extension but I'm not sure what I should look under in regards to the proper terminology.

I've seen a few websites lately that have a feature to help nudge someone into making a purchase.

What happens is you're on the site and a little popup window comes up in the bottom corner saying Joe from Pittsburgh just bought xyz product, 3 minutes ago, then a couple minutes later another one comes up and says Julie from St Louis, just bought (6) xyz's 30 seconds ago.

Anyone know of something like that for OC and if so, what it is called?
