is possible make on homepage section, where i can filter by Tags? For example, i would like see product for Children (tag children) on home page.
Is it possible?

Just create a link where you want it that includes /index.php?route=product/search&tag=children after your domain url. I do this on several of my stores to link to products with different tags.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
