PLEASE HELP QUICK: Customer Groups Extension has caused site to display parse error

I just installed the Customer Groups Extension from Jadeagile1@gmail.com and my site is now not accessible. The error I am receiving is the following:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home5/berserka/public_html/catalog/controller/common/footer.php on line 1

Well, then better contact Jadeagile1@ gmail.com, he will possibly
be the only one, able and willing to assist quick, who else should care?
You did not even mention anything useful about your OC setup...
It's more like - I have a VW, and it does not start..., please help

Im new to all of this and figured that this community was of people that offer help. If I need to give more info than I can but again I am new so not sure where to start.

Well, Onlineshop Users are no community, there is nothing social related to Opencart,
it's a Marketing Tool, nothing else. And if someone needs assistance, one has to
have a certain degree of Knowledge, or then, one requires professional Help.And such does
not come for free, neither in real life, nor at the Web.

Therefore, better serve Facts and Figures, like in any technical Place, or nobody will care,
it's as easy as that. But don't take it personal, it's not meant this way.
