Update from v2 to latest v3, how to import the data manually?

Hi folks, I would like to upgrade from 2.0.1.1 to the latest. So seems that I have to do a clean install and import my data.
Ok with that, but the db doesn't accept most of the fields at import.
How to import the old database without loosing data or user info?
