fatal error in settings after migration

after moving my site to a different location on my server and changing the domain name i have started getting this error when i click to edit the settings
Fatal error: Class 'Controllersettingsetting' not found in .....system/storage/modification/system/engine/action.php on line 43
i have tried re uploading the files, clearing the cache, clearing and refreshing the modifications but the error wont go away, can anyone help.
