I have had a bug while using opencart version 2.3 and I saw that version 3.0 was released I decided to upgrade to it hoping it would fix my problem.

I have been trying to upgrade the version but I keep getting this error can't find any way of fixing it online.

SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 OK Notice: Constant DB_DRIVER already defined in /home/atomic45/public_html/install/controller/startup/database.php(9) : eval()'d code on line 1Notice: Constant DB_DRIVER already defined in

the error spams this over and over again. I contacted my hosting support and they said it was because of errors in my config.php file there are a lot of duplicate entries.

so I remove them and now I get this error message
"Internal Server Error Internal Server Error"

and it then rewrites the config.php file and puts all the duplicated defines back.

anyone know of a fix?

Thanks.

It is not wise to upgrade to OC 3.0.0.0 yet. It has many bugs at the moment.

Better to go back to 2.3.0.2 and get the bugs you are encountering fixed.

There are several posts on bugfixes for 2.3.0.2 that cover most of the know bugs in the bug fix topic.
