Error could not load template after install.

Hi I'm getting a error after installation of 2.3.2 and i can't figure it out well enough does anyone know what it may be? Here's the exact error I'm getting please let me know what you think.

Notice: Error: Could not load template /home/cuteterritory/public_html/catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/footertopleft.tpl! in /home/cuteterritory/public_html/system/library/template/php.php on line 23

i also don't see the footer topleft in my directory.

footertopleft.tpl is NOT an OC Default File, it must come from some Extension,
or the Custom Theme you use. The Theme possibly not compatible with your OC Version.
