Notice: Undefined index: total at checkout page

Hi

I upgraded my opencart from1.5.6.4 to 2.3.0.2 but im having an issue when checking out... Each time when i i try to checkout i get the below error

i did remove all the extensions in the below folders

admin/controller/payment
admin/controller/shipping
admin/controller/total
admin/controller/module
catalog/controller/payment
catalog/model/payment
catalog/model/shipping
catalog/model/total
but still i get that error and im unable to checkout.. Can someone please tell me what might causing it and how can i fix it?
